Great first appointment

Quick and thorough

Did my annual here. Very thorough visit and everyone was super polite. The assistant Kit did one of the most thorough cleaning so I’ve ever had, using x-ray to check the teeth was fully cleaned and double checking any leftover tartar with floss ! Dr. Smith was also very quick and friendly, pointed out small things that need updating and didn’t try to upsell. Front desk was also great about checking everything with insurance.

Great experience with Dr. Woo. Everything was very transparent. We went over x-rays and pictures together and she carefully explained what we were seeing.

Very patient, descriptive, and thoughtful. Christina was great with communicating options and she did a great job with my procedure.

The space is tiny but clean. They make use of the space. All of the staff is very knowledgable. The technician and the front desk people are extremely friend.

Christina was thorough and friendly. She went in-depth about my x-rays and even checked my gum lining which no other doctor had done before. She was also the most conversational doctor I had which was a treat I don't typically talk with my doctors as much as I did today.

Dr. Smith was very detailed and personable. It's rare that the Dr. gives you more than a few minutes of face time; Dr. Smith spent a good hour including doing the cleaning himself.

It’s a very tight office. Everyone was friendly. The X-rays seemed to take awhile. Several retakes. Hearing another patient struggling and in pain didn’t help my anxiety.

Dr. Itani was great. Super friendly and helpful with all questions and procedures. The hygienist, Kiki, was absolutely incredible as well. Going to the dentist makes me nervous but she was so kind and put me right at ease.

I was comfortable and well informed

Dr. Woo was amazing! Super informative and cared about my comfortability which is super important. Some people are usually scared of going to the dentist so I really appreciate the energy in there. I felt very calm and relaxed.

Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly. Dr. Itani saw a minor issue that other dentists have never mentioned and gave me some great recommendations. Also, the hygienist, I believe Dr. Adam was one of the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever had.

Good job and very professional. She adjusted the cleaning basing on my dental health and my schedule. It takes shorter than I expected, which is good for me since I appreciate quick in and out during covid.

Staff was very friendly; the X-Rays and exam was very comprehensive. I saw Dr. Smith, who actually went over the X-Rays with me. It was a very transparent process with no attempt to upsell me on anything I didn't need.

Cristina was patient and took the time to tell me what my issues were. She was diligent and calm all throughout the process. I haven't been to a dentist in more than 2 years so and wish I went to Cristina earlier. She's great!

The information they gave me, with insurance for dental work and what I may want to take into consideration was understandable, accurate and made available to me. They encouraged good practice for everyday dental care and they were flexible with an extended visit.
