Dentist was very nice and liked the facility, however they processed my insurance wrong and hit me with a delayed bill which was disappointing. Actual dental staff is great though.

A bit of a bumpy check-in caused an interruption when there was a mix-up over my pre-vetted insurance, though a quick call to Anthem confirmed nothing was wrong on their end (and Anthem's text/phone support has been super fast). Once inside, the experience turned around completely. Jordan who took my X-ray and the dentist were great, and the high-tech office is in one of my favorite SF buildings. Overall a good visit & hopefully an even better one if & when I return for more in depth treatment in 2-3 months weeks & once the treatment plan is submitted to insurance.

It was more than what I was expecting while booking an appointment and the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. Office was clean and quite spacious for the location. Great views while waiting to start the procedure that I went in for. Would highly recommend this dental office.

Quick, easy and fast. Definitely knew what they were doing

This was my first visit. The staff and the dentist were great, and efficient. The office itself was a little humid and warm, but it's an old building with lots of direct sunlight so that just may be me being picky. My four star rating is really about how I felt like they were pushing a lot of extra treatments like Invisalign, whitening, etc. which would have been fine if I was an established patient, or had asked first. The dentist did a wonderful job explaining legitimate physiological/mechanical reasons for each offer, but hearing the same "push" for certain procedures was a bit overly assertive and rehearsed. I will finish my treatment plan with them though and will update as my journey continues with them for the time being. Again, beyond that, the staff was well educated, courteous, friendly, and pulled all the other stops for making my visit very pleasant and professional.

their team confirmed that my dental routine visit was covered by my insurance and now they've sent me bill of unknown charge. also took charge from me in the beginning of the treatment of $35 (no one takes that). Also staff not helpful in diagnosing why was i charged?

Got my cleaning done at California Dental Innovations and it was a good experience!

This was my first appointment at this office. I scheduled a regular cleaning for 3:00 PM, but unfortunately I had to wait about 1 hour and 30 minutes before being seen. I was not seated until around 4:30 PM. During the wait, there was no front desk staff available to provide updates or assistance. I was also charged an additional $15 fee for my appointment and was accidentally charged twice. I have reached out regarding the duplicate charge, but I have not received a response yet. Despite these issues, I want to recognize Ricardo, my hygienist. He was professional, friendly, and provided excellent care during my visit. He was the highlight of my experience. I hope the office can improve its scheduling, communication, and billing processes for future patients.

I had a largely positive experience at this dental office. The hygienist was excellent—friendly, professional, and made the entire cleaning process feel smooth and relatively painless. I also found most of the staff to be welcoming and kind, which helped create a comfortable environment overall. That said, there was one aspect of my visit that could use improvement. While I was in the lobby, a staff member informed me—within earshot of other patients—that my insurance had expired, which turned out to be incorrect. The situation felt uncomfortable and could have been handled with more discretion and care. A more private and tactful approach would have made a big difference. Despite that issue, my overall impression remains positive thanks to the quality of care and the professionalism shown by the rest of the team.

I had a solid experience at California Dental Innovations. The team was quick and thorough, and I felt like the quality of the work was definitely there. The cleaning itself was a bit uncomfortable and involved some pain, but I appreciated the attention to detail. My only major gripe wasn't with the office itself, but the building—the elevators were completely out of service, so I had to walk up 8 flights of stairs to get to my appointment. Aside from the climb, the dental service was great!

Good experience! Dr. Levi very knowledgeable! My only issue was my cleaning was a bit rough, compared to others that I’ve seen.
