There so great an show me what I need to be done..

Cleaning was a little rushed. However, the doctor did take the time to explain the various treatment options and point out and explain the risks and why treatment is necessary.

Dr. Sheila Shahabi is an exceptional professional, and the dental care I received from her was top-notch—the quality of her work made me want to remain a regular patient. Unfortunately, the front office and administrative support were a complete disappointment. I needed a detailed receipt to submit for an OpenCare claim. When I requested it in person during my visit, I was told it would be emailed to me, but it never arrived. I followed up by phone twice with no success. I then sent a detailed email explaining exactly what I needed, which was completely ignored. In the end, I had to wait for my Delta Dental insurance claim to process just to submit that documentation instead. While Dr. Shahabi is fantastic, the severe lack of communication and poor follow-through from the front desk makes me hesitate to return.

10/10 recommend; I had a great experience. The providers took their time for a thorough exam and explained all the procedures and charges

Amazing. The team was very friendly and the appointment from start to finish was quick and enjoyable. I loved how thorough they were and how easy it was to discuss concerns with any member of the team.

I have not been to dentist in 15 years due to a horrible experience. They staff here did not judge or shame me they were kind and professional and I felt safe . I have a tremendous amount of work I need done they explained everything in a way I understand. If are like me had horrible experiences in the past please give them a chance it it worth it

The staff and dentist were warm and welcoming. I was originally planning to go to another dentist closer, but because of this first visit decided to stay with this dentist.

My visit went smooth. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful in responding to all of my questions. The atmosphere in the clinic is very pleasant and I really enjoyed the experience overall and the quality of service.

Friendly staff

I enjoyed my appointment with Bliss Dental. I don't love the dentist, but who does, and they did a great job in explaining exactly what they were doing and why. I appreciated the transparency.

It was a great experience; I got deep cleaning and cavities all taken care of all at once.

From the moment I got there everyone was super attentive and thorough. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The only down side is I had to pay everything up front and wait for a reimbursement from my insurance. I was told this is only temporary, hopefully that is the case as I would love to continue my care with this amazing team!
