Very nice staff but when they say "you won't feel a thing" that wasn't true for me,

I had a cleaning done at Shahad Thomas Dental, and the service was very good. The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My mouth feels great, and the overall experience was excellent. I definitely recommend them!

The hygienist was great, very thorough, gentle, and professional. My only issue is that there’s always a wait, even when you have an appointment. It would be nice if the timing was a bit more consistent, but overall the care itself is ok.

"I had a fantastic visit to the clinic recently. Dr. Bitar performed a thorough examination and a tooth filling, which I was a bit nervous about, but he was incredibly gentle and talked me through every step, making it a very comfortable experience. The results look great, and I felt no pain afterward. After that, the hygienist did an excellent job with my scaling. My teeth feel incredibly clean and fresh.
