​I had a wonderful experience at River Run Dental. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. The office was clean and comfortable, making the whole appointment stress-free. Highly recommend!

Had a filling was 100% pain and fast. Dentist was professional and place nice.

Probably the worst dentist I've ever been to, I booked for an cleaning xrays and was told once I was sitting in the chair getting the xtrays that the hygienist isnt in today. That was number 1, horrible communication. Then the dentist tells me the xrays look good nothing looks wrong with your teeth, takes a look in my mouth oh there's two small cavitys we can take care of them today of you would like. I said sure I'm already here why not. He proceeds to start drilling in my teeth without numbing anything. It was extremely painful and uncomfortable. In addition the filling didn't even last two weeks , I booked with a different dentist and was told that the filling failed and I needs to be redone. Lastly was the billing I believe this place it doing so sort of insurance fraud. Firstly they charge me 1200 dollars for 3 xrays and 2 fillings ?? My insurance covers 80 percent, I ask them if I come back for a cleaning how much will that cost, she proceeded to say on 245, but we will cover your co pay and charge it to your insurance. This place is horrendous

Everything is good but only one thing is that they are provide cheap quality dental kit. Before they are providing electric toothbrushes now they don’t. They save money for dental care kit.

The environment is very clean,the staffs and doctors are so caring,gentle and attentive to the patients. I love my experience

Good Service !!

Staff was not willing to give invoice initially and there was push to get fillings done on the same day. It was also mentioned that invoice won't be given to claim opencare reward till the time actual filling procedure is not done.

It's a good decent clinic It was so so busy Clinic can definitely spend some money on upgrading their clinic and most importantly paying well to the employees as well
