Great experience! Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable.

I really enjoyed the staff and doctors there. They are very professional and took the time to explain every single step to me so I would know what to expect from my treatment. It definitely reduced my fear a lot. The overall treatment was quick enough for me to get through it as quickly as possible. The treatment plan is not overly aggressive; they listen to me and get my opinion about how I want to approach the different issues I have.

The front-end didn’t clearly communicate the insurance details and billing process. I had to pay out of pocket to complete the transaction. Furthermore, the treatment was only half-done, which was meant to encourage me to return for the full treatment.
