The facility is located in a very convenient location and have friendly staff.

They didn’t tell me upfront that my procedure is not covered currently in insurance and I had to pay 275$ out of pocket

I’m usually a bit nervous with dentist appointments, but Jasmine was amazing with my cleaning. I experienced minimal pain, she made sure I was comfortable. She showed me effective ways to floss to avoid future gum recession. Rest of the staff are very pleasant and helpful as well. I already have my follow up appointments booked for an exam and another cleaning.

My mouth got swolen for 1 week post procedure. When i came to check up again, the dentist just told me i had allergy to the polishing solution, got me some numbing cream, and send me away without proper care. Also, prior to the initial appointment, i asked and got confirmation on the procedure that I will get as part of the initial appointment. However, when i were at the appointment, they performed additional procedure without telling me and charge me extra for it. So, overall, it was a horrible experience.

The staff is professional, patient, non-judgmental, and genuinely caring. Booking an appointment was straightforward, and the treatment itself went seamlessly. I felt comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them from that perspective. On the administrative side, there were a few hiccups—though I’m not sure whether they originated from the Opencare platform (where I completed my forms and booked my appointment) or the practice’s own system. My name, date of birth, and insurance provider were recorded incorrectly, even though my policy number was accurate. It’s currently being resolved, and did not affect the quality of care I received.

Good experiece overall but the staff and the doctor aren't too good at explaining how the insurance and payment breakdown works. I had to request information repeatedly to get to the information I needed.
