The cleaning and the check up was fine. nothing to complain about. it felt professional and the staff members were warm. However, the experience was extremely inefficient. they ran into all sorts of computer problems, including bringing over a machine that apparently scans the inside of my mouth for a comprehensive picture of my dental health, then subsequently forgetting the login password to this machine and logging themselves out. so i never got to use it and had to take a panorama xray which ended up costing me extra. the whole cleaning and checkup took 2 hours on a saturday morning when the clinic was quiet. i had no other dental work done. just extremely inefficient

Had a great experience at Cityview Dental. Dr. Aftab did my examination and cleaning, and I was fully satisfied with the results—the cleaning was thorough and gentle, and he explained everything clearly. The clinic is modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend Cityview Dental and Dr. Aftab to others looking for a good dental cleaning in downtown Toronto.
