Had a great appointment at Chaplin Dental. My hygienist Ashley and Dr. Chris were super friendly and made me feel comfortable during the whole experience. I felt they were both thorough and took care in explaining everything they were doing.

Good Service. But even if you have valid Insurance, they charge you money upfront and ask you to get money from Insurance, which is odd, hectic and unnecessary. But they must be having their own reasons.

I've been going to this dentist office for 23 year. Dr. Dunec, the team of dental hygienists and the office staff have all been so amazing in helping me care for my teeth. They have always accommodated my needs and sent me to the best specialists when required ensuring that I was well cared for. It is a comfortable and safe atmosphere with lots of extras like TV to watch while being worked on. I love the new little face-lift done to the front reception area. I have been a patient of Dr. Dunec for over 30 years and I could not hope to find a better dentist or a more friendly and accommodating staff. This office has a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Dr. Dunec always takes the time to explain the procedures and alternatives very carefully. He usually has visual aids to help. He works slowly and painlessly. I never feel anxious here and Dr D usually has a good joke to share before I leave. I have been a happy patient here since 1984!

Dr Dunec and his team have always been extremely professional, gentle and kind. Dental visits aren't high up on many people's list but since it's a necessary part of health care, this is the best team. They keep up with the latest technologies related to dental care and always take the time to answer my questions during an appointment. When I've needed a referral it's always been a good one. Dr. Dunec has been superb over the years that my family and I have been going to him. He is one the few dentists that I have met that really love being a dentist and it shows in the way that he treats his patients and brings new techniques and approaches to the practice. I have sent about 10 friends to him over the years and they all have told me that they think he is superb. I VERY highly recommend him.

My family & I have been going there for over a decade and have never been disappointed. Excellent care by him and his dental technicians. Very efficient & professional office. Friendly, pleasant people. Patient-friendly hours. Submits insurance claims online & puts up with Great West Life's onerous and irrational claims procedures with little complaint. Keeps a bowl of Hershey kisses on the reception counter. What's that about? :-) Definitely recommended.
