Great place. Dr. Sunny and the team were all really knowledgeable and helped to explain everything that we were doing throughout the process.

I had an excellent experience with my dentist. The entire staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The doctor was thorough and provided detailed explanations for my treatment, making sure I understood every step. I felt well cared for and confident in the quality of service. Dr. Somg is the greatest dentist ever. He described everything to me in laymen terms and used images to support. He provided great recommendations and answered all my questions.

I haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years and had a lot of major cleaning that needed to be done. I appreciated the fact that Dr. Sunny was honest and direct about the state of my oral health during our initial checkup, which was a reality check I needed. Although the cleaning was painful (given that I needed a few shots for the cleaning to be done) Dr. Sunny was super reassuring and comforting throughout the process. My dental hygienist Vanessa was also really great as well, who did all the cleaning and answered any questions I had. She also put together a cleaning to do list for me, which was much appreciated. Looking forward to my checkup in 3 months. Thank you!

Chris was really friendly, attentive, detailed and transparent. Would definitely recommend! I liked that he asked me what music I wanted to play and provided a clear and detailed roadmap regarding my oral health care. Dr. Song didn’t just tell me what I was doing wrong, Dr. Song gave me great feedback about what I was doing right as well!

The place itself is not hard to find but the address from afar looks like 1088 posted at the front of the building but it is actually 1033. Its normal to have a lightly painful dental action but they are quick so less painful.

The staff was super friendly and very detail oriented. They explained everything thoroughly.

I saw Dr Sunny for my check-up and subsequent appointments and the whole experience from the confirmations to friendly receptionists was very pleasant. Also had a chance to speak to Dr Luong about orthodontists. All the staff were very thorough and personable and I never had to wait too long. Recommended.

After having a bad experience at another dentist, it was refreshing to be with a dentist who provides such meticulous and quality care. Jeanie was very thorough in explaining all the things that needed to be done. She values the importance of us understanding and not just throwing a bunch of information. She would also put what we wanted first.

Admin team explained well over the phone, email and at the counter, all dental assistants carefully looked after the patients with Covid guideline, and the Dr Sydney explained the details well of my teeth conditions, what needs to be treated urgently by orders and possible issues. I found this clinic randomly on opencare website but very satisfied overall. Convenient location, great service and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend.
