The staff were friendly, but my appointment felt unnecessarily long. A routine cleaning took exactly two hours despite me having no dental issues coming in or leaving. The experience felt more focused on upselling services than providing efficient care, and overall it seemed drawn out for what should have been a straightforward visit.

I had a fantastic experience at Glasshouse Dental. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, modern, and welcoming the entire space was. The clinic is clearly well-maintained which immediately helped ease any dental visit nerves. What stood out most to me was the professionalism and warmth of the entire dental team. The dentists were not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. Highly recommend this location! The girls seemed a little stressed but leaving that to just a busy morning but overall very kind and knowledgeable. Also a little painful but once again I'll leave that to my gums being more sensitive since it's been a while since my last cleaning. Will definitely be back.
