The staff were very friendly to me throughout my whole visit, and the dentist when I saw them did a great job of explaining what they recommend doing and why. They also made sure that I was doing ok several times throughout when they redid a filling I had previously that had broken.

They sit u down and make you receive extra treatment that I did not ask for and pay for it.

I had to change appointment times frequently, the staff was courteous and worked with me each time. When I was able to come they were very thorough and did not judge me for the work I needed done.

I was disappointed with my experience at Suwanee Creek Dentistry (formerly Jay Rosenheck DDS). The equipment felt outdated compared to other modern dental offices I’ve visited, which did not inspire much confidence. Additionally, I was told I needed a “deep cleaning,” but the cost quoted was significantly higher than what I’ve paid elsewhere for similar services. I didn’t feel the pricing was well justified or clearly explained. Overall, the visit felt overpriced for the level of technology and care provided. I would recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with expensive treatments.
