Sadly going to the Dentist now a days it’s all about what treatment they’re going to set up. It’s all about sales and money making procedures. Never mind the cleaning. My appointment was for 1:00pm, I arrived at 12:40 and was greeted by awesome Tammy, great customer service. However wasn’t seen until about 1:30pm. Finally made it to the chair and they proceeded to do X-rays. Once done she said that the dentist would be in to go over them. He comes in (very friendly) and goes over my teeth and calls out the number. He proceeds to let me know what I will need to get done and that they can arrange it for next week. I informed him that I couldn’t do that work right at this time due to the fact I had just been out of work for other medical reasons and couldn’t take the time off. Well that was pivotal moment when everything changed. He said that they would create a treatment plan up front. The tech proceeded to remove the paper bib and say that I was all set. I asked ? What about my cleaning? That’s why I’m her for? She then check with the hygienist and it would be more than 40 minutes if I wanted to wait. THEY KNEW ABOUT MY WORK SCHEDULE AND THAT I WAS THERE FOR A CLEANING AND CHECK UP. I was asked to wait in the lobby. As I went out, Tammy asked me to sit down next to her and see what time would be best for my next appointment and that they would have the treatment plan ready. I Left this place feeling so disappointed, disgusted, frustrated, angry. So what happened to the days of going in and getting your cleaning? Then talk about what needs to be done. And letting the patient go over the needed treatment as now a days finances, work schedule play a pivotal role? I am aware I need work done, however I just can’t do it until a few months due to work schedule. What happened to being emphatic, caring and understanding? Not at this place. In other words if you can’t get the work needed? They are simply not interested in you. I will never set foot in this office ever again and will continue to share this awful situation that occurred to me so others won’t have to deal with it. Almost 2 hours there and no cleaning. STAY AWAY

I haven't had the insurance to go to the dentist in years and was embarrassed to let someone inside the neglectful cavern that was my dental mouth-scape. Tammy, Antoinette, and Dr. Brandon Lynch made the experience painless and my embarrassment was unfounded. Antoinette was joyful, professional, thorough, responsive, and skilled. I enjoyed her help with her tarter removal I experienced no residual pain or discomfort when the numbing cream wore off. Dr. Lynch is fantastic. He takes time to educate, answer the questions that come up in your conversation, and if you bring your toothbrush or a picture he will evaluate if it's a for your specific dental care. If you're concerned with or want help with sleep Apnea, trust Dr. Lynch. He has answers and advisement. Tammy is splendid. You're going to love and trust her from the first call to your payment and treatment plan review. I was happy to pay for the care, service, knowledge, skills, and atmosphere b
