Absolutely worst experience with this office. Before even scheduling the appointment, they clearly told me that my copay would be $0. Based on that information, I went ahead and booked the visit. I went in for a simple cleaning and exam, and everything felt rushed. They completed the service without properly verifying my insurance coverage. After the treatment was done, they suddenly presented a bill and said my insurance only covered part of it, and I now had to pay a $100 copay. This was never communicated upfront and felt very misleading. In my experience with other providers, routine annual cleanings and exams are typically fully covered, so this came as a surprise. The total bill was around $600, which seems excessive for basic services. On top of that, the overall experience wasn’t great. The service felt rushed and average at best, and the office itself is quite outdated with an unpleasant smell. Please be cautious with this office. Make sure everything is verified in writing beforehand, or consider choosing a more transparent and professional dentist
