The environment was unclean, and my child became sick after visiting the clinic, possibly due to unpleasant odors. The staff appeared unhygienic, frequently touching various surfaces and then their mouths. Overall, it was a very concerning and unsatisfactory experience.

The whole team was great

My appointment was scheduled at 8:00 AM, and I was not seen until 8:20. I am a new patient, and it was early in the morning (right when they opened) so maybe that was due to the wait. It was fine. The front desk was very kind and explained who I would be seeing, (dental hygienist, doctor, etc.) After being seated, Amber, the Hygienist, took X-rays of with the photo tool of my teeth (the old school way, where you bite down on the plastic placed in-between your teeth and they take several photos). After, she began cleaning my teeth. She was aggressive with the cleaning. I did not enjoy. I told her that my teeth were sensitive, seemed to have no affect while she was drilling away at my plaque. She eventually switched to the manual scraper. She proceeded to scrape my lip. I informed the doctor that she was really aggressive while cleaning my teeth and the doctor told she was a sub dental hygienist. I understand you have to have substitutes for those who are not able to come into work, I am just annoyed I had to have her. I take very good care of my teeth. I floss at least twice a day, and brush sometimes three times a day. I take great pride in my teeth. After the cleaning, I had the Dr. come in. She was very nice, and professional, and then told me I had 8 CAVITIES. I have never had this many in my life. I was a bit irate, and told her point-blank that I did not believe her. She did calm me down, and was very kind, but I will be getting a second opinion. If it is the truth, I will think about coming back to this practice to have them filled in, as in combination with my insurance and payment plan for 8 cavities the price came out to be a little over 500 dollars. (I have insurance, so I am unsure of price if it were uninsured). Truthfully, I do not think this is an unreasonable amount for 8 supposed cavities. I know the dental hygienist was a sub, but she really turned my away, and I am unsure how the other hygienists perform, and I don't want to have that experience again. Maybe I came on a weird day -- I don't know, but I will be looking elsewhere.

I had a good experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and my dental hygienist was gentle yet thorough. The office is very clean, and I didn't have to wait long at all. Recommended!

Great staff and customer service! I’m happy to continue working with this team

Had an amazing experience at Rossen’s Dental today. We moved in the area last month and was hunt on a new dental practice that is closer to me and accepts my insurance. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Not just the cleaning but the bedside manners of the hygienist just bought me. Also I loved her playlist from the 90s and early 2000s. Dr. Zahra came in check but the main work was done by the hygienist. The office is not as fancy as the newer places have become but other than that amazing practice.

Awesome experience! This is my new dentist!

Good

Super professional and kind

Good Experience

The outside left little to be desired but the inside was fine

The staff got me checked in and took my x-rays quickly. Since the hygienist was out of office, the dentist took care of my cleaning herself and pointed out areas of concern in the x-rays.
