I had my cleaning with Natasha and she was so nice and thorough. It was great that she walked me through every step that she was doing. Dr Gordon was also very nice, listened to my concerns, and provided details for a treatment plan. She was a bit late for the appointment, but it was ok for me since I had time. 4 stars because I have the highest tier of Delta Dental PPO plan and the treatment plan estimate was > $1,800 for 1 cavity, a night guard, and replace filling on a cavity that was done 1.5 years ago. When I received the estimate, I pulled up my insurance plan benefits and shared that I believe some of the items are noted as covered when I entered the code. The admin staff shared that I was wrong because what I see on my dental plan portal does not include all the stipulations. We agreed on Manhattan Dental submitting the predetermination claim.
