I visited Levy Dental for a general cleaning. The check in process was ok, but the rest of the appointment wasn’t great. The dentist spent about five minutes looking at my teeth and rattling off stuff to the dental hygienist before rushing out of the room. There was no communication to me about what they saw or what needed to be done. I asked some follow up questions after my cleaning and was told that the dentist had already left for the day. It was before 5pm. I tried to ask my questions to the hygienist who pushed me off to the front office staff. One of the front office professionals is rude and dismissive. I will not be going back.

I had a great experience at Levy Dental Arts. I had virtually no wait time once I arrived at the office. The staff was super friendly and the dental hygienist was one of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this practice.

The stuff seems mixed up names of patients and the cleaning was not very comfortable

While my Cigna UFT insurance wasn't accepted, the team took the time to explain the costs upfront and provided timely treatment for my emergency. I appreciated the friendly and careful approach of the dentist, which made the experience much more pleasant.

The staff here were all very friendly and courteous. Christine did an amazing job with my cleaning and she was so friendly and patient. Quick easy service from helpful and kind people 10/10.

I was seen right on time, the cleaning was thorough, and the staff was very efficient. A very professional practice, they reached out after the appointment to schedule a follow-up as I had forgotten to do that.

Dentist was quick and straightforward, also prioritized my dental issues from least to great in order to get a good idea on how to get back on track.

I had a comfortable and professional experience at this office. I was a little disappointed by the rushed cleaning, and did not feel the hygienist thoroughly addressed all surfaces of my teeth. But everyone was friendly and professional, and I will certainly give them another opportunity to retain my business.

Staffs were friendly and efficient. Greeting upon entering even though they were quite busy with phone line and holiday patients. The Dr. Hakopian was very knowledgeable and quick.

The most "homey" dentist clinic I have been to -- full of holiday decorations and the staff were super friendly. They gave me new patient merch and you can tell the people work here like their job. Can't speak much to the medical treatment since I only received a check up. But I especially liked that they provided a visit summary that listed estimated prices under insurance - I was shocked by how most practices don't do this and leave patients in the dark.
