Welcome to Smile Obsession where our goal is to create a stress free patient experience. We recognize that the majority of patients don’t like going to the dentist. Therefore we have created processes and systems that are less onerous for not only patients, but for our staff members as well. Rather than being handed a clipboard and paperwork on your first visit, we text patients their paperwork prior to their visit. Insurance is also verified prior to the patient's visit. We have transparent pricing and all patients are provided with written treatment plans outlying the costs along with what the insurance estimates to cover. We are in network with the majority of dental PPO insurance plans as well. We have created a centralized support center for all of our locations that is staffed by experienced team members so our front desk staff can focus on the patients. You won’t hear phones ringing in our offices or see the chaos of a typical dental office front desk. Our individual dental offices teams focus on you, the patient vs dealing with insurance companies, marketing, billing, sales calls, verifying appointments, etc. We know you have a choice in dental care and we look forward to seeing you smile at one of our Chicagoland Smile Obsession locations. I had an okay experience. I only had a cleaning and an exam. It was my first time going to this office. Disappointed that neither the doctor or hygienist introduced themself to me. In all my years of going to the dentist, this is the first time I didn’t leave with a new toothbrush, and either toothpaste or dental floss. I asked as I was leaving, and told the office doesn’t do that. Not a huge deal, but I always enjoyed getting those items.
