This is by far the best dental experience I've ever had. Which I know, it's the dentist. Kinda weird to say. My last dentist visit was a couple years ago, so I knew my mouth was in rough shape and Kim took incredible care of me and eased my nerves. I cannot say enough good things about her; warm, friendly, very good at explaining what she was doing and why. And then explaining our plan of action to get my mouth back in shape. Same with Dr. Brucci. He made me feel incredibly comfortable and explained the plan of action. I cannot reccomend this place enough, because of the experience I had, I'm not nearly as scared of the dentist as I used to be. They now have a patient for long long time.

Great experience overall. First day, Saturday had X-rays and exam, they were not able to call my insurance to confirm coverage so the cleaning, filling and polish was on Monday. Not sure why they didn't confirm insurance when I submitted my information a few/couple weeks before? Still great experience, kind, friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks Dr. Patel and I hope her new practice goes well!
