Smile Obsession Naperville

I originally scheduled my appointment through opencare the office had to reschedule me last minute which was fine as it was just the following day. The appointment went smooth and they were able to get me back in at the end of the week for additional treatment needed.

Smile Obsession was at a convenient location with being open late until 8pm helped a lot to book a prompt and timely appointment. My experience was overall good and the cleaning was done quick. Although the staff was not very attentive and lacked care especially while filling up the initial forms.

The staff was very pleasant. They called me and gave me directions to the suite as I was a bit lost in the building. I appreciate their patience and thorough explanations.

Very good experience

I did not have a very good experience here. The hygienist was incredibly rude and made me very uncomfortable. I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong for getting a routine check up. The doctor was friendly but extremely brief and didn’t address any concerns I had. Front desk staff was warm and professional.

Excellent and expedient service. Everyone was very hospital and I feel I was well taken care of.

The kind Muslim lady member who performed my exams and x-rays was outstanding, showing great skill and compassion throughout. The reception was welcoming and efficient, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, I felt well cared for. Highly recommend this office for anyone seeking top-quality services. Location was awesome downtown Naperville plenty of parking.

The Staff was very kind and helpful. The office appeared to be up to date technologically. I did appreciate that there was no hard selling of any cosmetic procedures and that they also gently reminded me to floss better. It felt like a very thorough teeth cleaning and I am happy with the results.
