Very thorough

Receptionist & nurse who took my X-Rays were both kind and friendly. The doctor was also very friendly, until the moment I told her I did not want to get my cavities filled (I barely had any, & she couldn't even show me on the X-Ray). Her entire demeanour shifted - she said "we booked you for 2 hours though". I never told you to book me for 2 hours, and that showed me that they already PLANNED to do my cavities even before checking! After I respectfully declined she said, "so you're not going to get your cavities filled?", I said "no" and she just got up and left. She was visibly upset which made no sense to me. After that the entire experience was hostile. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was kind (she didn't know what just happened) and she even told me afterwards my teeth were in good shape (clearly no cavities). It's because they knew my insurance would cover it so they were ready to bill them the max they could. They booked me for 2 hours before even checking anything because they were intent on getting my (non-existent) "cavities" filled. After getting my teeth cleaned, the doctor was talking to the receptionist and immediately left as soon as I got there and the receptionists weren't even looking in my direction until I had to speak up. And then THEY proceed to ask me again, "so you don't want your cavities filled?". Clearly the doctor complained to them which is crazy and I politely declined no again. They billed my insurance $652 for some X-Rays and cleaning! That's absolutely insane. Pro tip: don't tell them you have insurance until the end and if you do, don't tell them how much you're covered for because they'll find treatments for them to maximize their payment.

As someone who is absolutely terrified of dentists, this was a wonderful experience. The dentist was extremely competent, kind and was willing to walk me through the entire procedure. I had 4 fillings done with minimum pain.

Be mindful of required x-ray!! This place LIKES to do lots of unnecessary x-rays even panoramic which adds more radiation exposure to the patient without a justifiable reason. They don’t ask of you want to do the xrays or not or if you have done it somewhere else prior to exposing you. They will drag you to the panoramic xray room right away after calling your name especially if you are a new patient. I hate to see facilities exposing people to unnecessary radiation for the sake of money!! This is against local radiation protection regulations btw. Any radiological exposure MUST be Justified!!! I The receptionist hates to hear that because it means they are losing money!! I will never go there again.
