The front-end didn’t clearly communicate the insurance details and billing process. I had to pay out of pocket to complete the transaction. Furthermore, the treatment was only half-done, which was meant to encourage me to return for the full treatment.

This was my first visit to this dental office, and it was a very welcoming experience. The front desk staff greeted me right when I walked in and patiently answered all my questions before my appointment. They were very clear when explaining pricing and insurance coverage. The dental hygienist was amazing! She took the time to examine my gums, noticed that I needed a gentler cleaning, and adjusted her care accordingly. She clearly explained each step of the process and checked in whenever I felt any discomfort. She also gave helpful advice on how to care for my teeth at home. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning.

This is just first thoughts as i had only my initial patienct screening appointment, Dr.Lo and team are courteous, respectful of your time and gave detailed explanation of what they think are concerning areas. They are professional and have been helpful with all dental and non dental related questions and concerns of mine.
