Great place for the first time

We scheduled for a specific date and time through opencare but the clinic reached out and rescheduled the appointment to another date in the following week. Registration process was seamless and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was very good and did a good job at cleaning and taking X-rays and explaining everything in detail. However, it looks like way too many exams and scans were taken whereas only bitewing and periapical radiographs are only covered as part of the standard diagnosis procedures in my insurance. This was not explained to me for finding out the estimates before proceeding with the scans. Furthermore, Dr.Alo recommended removing and redoing some of the fillings done not very long ago and recommended doing a reassessment of one root canal which was done many many years ago and asked to consider doing an implant although there is no pain or concern as such. We understand his recommendation as preventative measure but we felt way too many treatments were suggested. So we will consider doing them one at a time. Also, the billing process was very painful. I gave the insurance benefits card and all the required details to submit the claim but the claim was submitted with mistakes and thus the electronic submission of claims was rejected. The front desk office tried many times and finally said they will file the claims manually and I paid the difference amount for now. Even though the billing process was painful unlike what we experienced at other clinics, Angie at the front desk was very helpful and she coordinated with me and the previous dental office to get all the documents and tried her best to make it work so kudos to Angie for her support. Overall our experience was not as great as seen in the reviews and we have had better seamless experiences at other dental offices in Mississauga.

Extremely good and considerate dental service, unfortunately, I was told I would be paying a certain amount and then that cost basically doubled without communication in the end.

I recently visited aLo Dental for the first time for a dental examination and cleaning, and I had an excellent experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and provided great care from start to finish. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant visit, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional yet welcoming dental clinic.

After three years and two different dental offices, I can finally say I’ve found a great one. This clinic is clean, modern, and very well-organized. The level of detail and care they put into everything really stands out. The dentist and the entire staff are amazing—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I felt completely at ease throughout my visit and confident that I was in good hands. Highly recommend!

The equipment used was very impressive and the staff were very friendly and through with their explanations and instructions for what to do after the cleaning.

This is the most up to date and best equipped dental office I have ever visited. The view is good of the Mississauga skyline. But the images of my teeth is impressive to discuss my dental health.

Went for a dental cleaning and an oral exam. I can see why they're highly rated. Awesome staff, inform you of everything they find.

Dr. Lo and his other staff were very professional and courteous. They took their time to breakdown everything for me so I could understand well. They also took some time to ask and address any other problems I had, unrelated to my teeth. They also had a TV for you to watch something if you were to get bored.

The dental hygienist was extremely careful and removed any fears of the cleaning. The technician did a great job capturing the required images. Dr. Lo was very thorough in his exam and Inn recommending what the best next steps are. I wish more dentist's offices were like this.
