Everything was great, but dentist were young, funny, the atmosphere was light and felt like friends. Nyeli at the front desk was super helpful and explained everything so well.

Dentist was nice and did a good cleaning. Front desk was also friendly and very professional.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable! Very attentive and were able to explain everything in an effective manner.

This establishment was very unprofessional. Front desk reception was on FaceTime talking loudly, there were loud conversations throughout each room overall unprofessional.

Respectful and professional staff in a clean and well kept facility. Had the full eval which seemed pretty comprehensive with imaging. The cleaning was subpar in part due to issues with the sonic equipment not working consistently from the start in the room I was placed. My assistant or hygienist also wasn’t experienced and did not polish or floss each tooth entirely or effectively so that left more to be desired. They have decent availability and are quick to see you so that’s also appreciated.

Communication and follow up was terrible. I was told that I had to pay way too much for treatment and I went in expecting my cleaning and was told that I would have to come back another time for a cleaning.

I had an excellent experience at Gold Dental Coast – Dallas. From the front desk to the dental team, everyone was welcoming and professional. The dentist took time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions. The clinic is clean and well organized. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality dental care.

I love this place. They explained everything clearly. I am planning to do my tooth extraction soon.
