Sandrine did my cleaning and she is gentle! Dr Naik also did my exam she is very informative and showed me the areas I am missing when brushing that I have never noticed. Overall the staff are all nice and i would recommend it here! They treat everyone as their family ❤️

The whole experience was excellent, starting with a smooth check-in process at the front desk with two lovely ladies, followed by Randeep and Dr Naik taking care of me. They took a personalized approach, actively listened to my concerns, provided thorough explanations and ensured I understood the procedure and reasons for the follow-up consults.

It was my first visit to a dentist in over 19 years as I've been very scared to go back. I know I had a lot of cavities and tartar build up and was a but scared and embarrassed to go see a dentist. They made me feel really comfortable here and didn't make me feel bad at all for waiting so long to see a dentist. The office was really nice and I'm glad they have all digital scanners to take the xrays of your teeth. It was all very fast! The cleaning wasn't as bad as I thought it would be either. I definitely would recommend this office

I had a great time at Burnaby dentist and Orthodontist. My hygienist was polite, detailed and took the time to explain the equipment, X-rays and the health of my teeth. The clinic was clean, had state of the art technology and easy parking. The doctor was very well versed in dental care and told me what my options were and genuinely cared for my teeth and not just to upsell me procedures.

This is one of the best dentist places I have ever visited. Even though they cancelled my original appointment, they followed up well and gave me new appointment in my convenient time. They gave me clear details about my teeth health and recommended me to do some fillings for decayed ones.

Staff were friendly and very thorough with entire treatment. They were open and honest about costs so there were no surprises. My cleaning was comfortable and came with amazing results leaving my smile feel cleaner!
