Overall, I had a good experience. The dentist and hygienist were both great and professional. The staff member who did my exam was polite, but the exam felt a little rough and uncomfortable. I’d appreciate a gentler approach next time.

They took the time to really explain the procedures that I needed after my first cleaning in a long time. Really appreciated the information

I have never had a doctor like this in the best way possible. The entire visit felt very personalized, and I felt completely comfortable and never pressured to proceed with anything. She is an excellent doctor, and I would gladly return. Her assistant was also very welcoming and thoughtful, which made the entire visit feel warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for attentive and compassionate care.

The dentist and hygienist were very good, but the communication with the front office staff was very poor. There were multiple requests to ensure that my insurance was covered before booking appointments and those requests were never honoured so I ended up paying out of pocket.
