Dr. Eric Bellis

Born and raised in Windsor, Dr. Eric Bellis attended F.J. Brennan high school and then earned a Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree with an Honors Specialization in Physiology with distinction from the University of Western Ontario. He then graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy where he discovered an interest in the art of dentistry, following in the footsteps of his father, Dr. John Bellis, who has served the Windsor / Essex County for almost 40 years. In his final year, Dr. Eric completed a preceptorship in forensic odontology with Wayne county's chief forensic odontologist and also completed a dental research study on digitally designed dentures. He has attended conferences for his research in New Orleans, Chicago, Boston, and San Francisco . He is currently a member of the Essex County Dental Society (ECDS), Ontario Dental Association (ODA), Canadian Dental Association (CDA), Academy of Genery Dentistry (AGD), and American Association of Implant Dentistry (AAID). He is registered with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO). He enjoys scenic hiking excursions with his family, photography, kayaking, playing guitar in live bands around Michigan and locally, basketball, beach volleyball. He is excited to be working with his father and also as an associate in the Windsor / Essex area.
