Dr. Hormuth received both his B.S. degree in Kinesiology and D.D.S. degree from the University of Minnesota. He has maintained memberships in the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, Minneapolis District Dental Society, Academy for Sports Dentistry, National Athletic Trainers Association and Minnesota Athletic Trainers Association. Dr. Hormuth actively works to stay up to date on the latest topics and techniques in dentistry, and regularly exceeds requirements for continuing education. Also, when free time is on hand, Dr. Hormuth also volunteers his time at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry by facilitating small group discussions as part of the school’s ethics curriculum.
