The procedure was quick and pleasant. The facility was nice and clean, and everyone was friendly. My experience with the hygienist was good and pain-free. I did have to come back twice for my cleaning because my first appointment started over 20 minutes late, even though I came early, because it was my first appointment and I needed to get the X-ray image taken. They also wanted me to come back on another date because the hygienist didn't have enough time to do the cleaning after the X-ray, and they needed to confirm with my insurance that they could proceed with a deeper cleaning procedure, which I understand. However, it was inconvenient to have to take time off and make arrangements twice.
