I was left waiting 1hour while the doctor worked on another patient. The receptionist assisted was assisting the Dentist. They do have a Hygienist, the doctor does the routine cleaning, which is why it takes longer. The lamps were stained with residue of what looked like spit and water that had collected and caked on. I had to stare at it the whole time. I had to hold my mouth metal plate, move it and position it while the doctor took x-rays. The X-rays were very basic. Chair and medical tools looked outdated and very used. Dr Lee referred me to an oral surgeon to remove all 4 wisdom teeth, and told me he would refuse any further treatment (like basic bonding replacement for a front tooth and cavities treatment) until I had them removed. My wisdom teeth fully erupted over a decade ago and I have no issues other than minimal surface cavities. I went to get a second opinion and my new dentist agreed. I am happy with my new dentist and will not return nor refer anyone to Dr Lee’s office.

I'm still in the chair as I give my review, the front desk staff all the way to the back have been phenomenal in terms of how kind and respectful they are towards clients. All the clients I've seen before seem extremely grateful and in a great mood. Definitely a place to come to and get things done.
