It’s was amazing , at first I was hesitant but thanks to Dr. Nixon he explained to me what need to be done on my tooth. The staff were great they’re really nice and helpful. I will come back for my next treatments. 😊

Dentist and staff were great, equipment and facilities are dated.

I was referred to this dentist by Opencare. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and they would not let me complete the cleaning so I only went in for the exam and xrays. I asked them to let me know what procedures they were doing as I have to submit to my insurance by myself. They went ahead and submitted to my insurance without my permission. I had to ask for it to be reversed and was being invoiced for things after specifically asking for details before hand and not an unexpected $728 bill when I hadn't completed the cleaning yet. The dentist Brandon Costa is great, but unfortunately he is not in a good office.

Dr. Nixon and Sarah were incredibly helpful and kind with my appointment helping explain everything.

Exceptional staff, from the first phone call to the billing from the treatment coordinator, everyone i talked to about my appointment and dental health/procedures were amazingly attentive and kind. Thorough explanations of everything going on and extremely mindful of my mental and physical health. Dr. Nixon & Dr. Rotundi made me feel extremely comforted, safe, and optimistic regarding my oral health.

Had a great experience with my dentist. She was very explanatory throughout the process and staff was very friendly and attentive.

Dr Costa and Nikki are incredible! Who is very thorough and detailed, friendly and very nice.

My appointment got delayed twice, which was not very pleasant. The first time they called me and rescheduled mine to 3 weeks later. I was okay with this since I just need a teeth cleaning which is not really an emergency. A few days before my supposed new appointment date, they rescheduled my appointment again to another week. This time, they did not even bother to ask for my opinion. Just sneakily changed the date and sent the notice via opencare. This time, I had to pick up someone from the airport after work and was almost late for the appointment. I, however, made it in time, came and waited for another hour since the dentist was busy with someone else. After the treatment, I got hit with nearly $600 for a teeth cleaning treatment. What a whooping surprise.
