Great clinic! The staff were super helpful and very patient to figure out my coverage, and Dr Costa was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining everything I needed to know from what he found during my exam. I appreciated that the forms were sent to me beforehand but I was it was sent through a digital version (like google forms) because the versions sent were not editable and require printing - good to save paper as much as possible.
