Awesome dental practice! Dr. Lo was great at explaining everything and great use of technology to show you how your teeth are doing and some things to look out for.

People are nice.

From the very beginning, my experience with the staff was superb. They answered all questions and were professional in every way. At the clinic, it was a wonderful surprise, the technology was beyond anything I have ever heard of or seen. The dentist, right from the beginning, understood I was a senior with a hearing problem, and went to great effort to make sure I understood everything. The personalized service with of the technology helped me understand exactly what my teeth were like, and what was needed. Plus the dentist made every step clear, even to explaining what was covered by my insurance. A great experience all round. Thank you.

Fantastic dentist and great service

Great staff. Dr Lo told me a bit about his family and practice, and he paid attention to my dental needs. He explained all that I needed in very clear terms. I understood all he said. I had very few questions because he was able to explain issues with my teeth to my understanding.

It was a good experience.

The front desk staff was unprofessional, appointment booked through OpenCare and confirmed the day before but was neglected the whole morning until 1pm we walked in. We needed an emergency appointment during Easter 4 days long weekend. The front desk staff said she couldn’t give us an appointment even we had the confirmation. She also said she couldn’t give us an emergency one if we book through OpenCare. We requested her to treat us as walk-in. In this situation, patients need an appointment asap no matter what and as a dental front desk assistant, she should know and not to give us stress. The front desk staff then rushed me for the insurance information for her own convenience. I was helping my partner who was seeing the dentist already, to fill out the forms which contains all the information including insurance info on an iPad. She walked up and requested the insurance information from me and asked for my ID while I was still filling in the forms. I was confused since I have already given that information in the form. All she had to do is wait for me to finish and ask me for my ID so that she would have all the info at that point. I understand she would like to have an estimate quickly, however, I don’t see a reason to skip ahead and disturb the flow. The attitude and workflow from the front desk staff absolutely does not align with the calm and zen spirit at the clinic. I see a lot of complaints are from the same staff. This is the main reason we did not choose this dental office to be our dental care office.

It was rwally a great experience

Had a great experience at this dentist! The team were really friendly, the technology for scanning/imaging was really quick and showed me all of my teeth in lots of detail which helped me understand the issues when the dentist went through them.

Excellent, high-tech offices, and attentive, proactive care plans. Made the whole dentist experience much more pleasant!

The appointment was great and I highly recommend the dental practice.

I would go there again, in a heartbeat no question! The staff and the doctor were great and friendly and for the first time I felt like I wasn’t in a rush to leave a dentist’s office 😂 highly recommend!

Stadium Dental offers an exceptional experience with a warm and welcoming staff who are always polite and professional. The clinic itself is modern and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by their advanced technology, especially the 3D imaging system that provided a detailed representation of my teeth. Dr. Markus Lo was incredibly professional, taking the time to thoroughly explain my dental situation and answer all my questions. I highly recommend Stadium Dental for their excellent service and care!

Doctor was good

Dr.Cho is amazing. Very thorough with the examination and listen to all my concerns. Took time to understand my situation and offer solutions. Extremely nice and was a good chat to have with. Maryna my technician was wonderful. Very careful and always make sure I was comfortable. Help me with my earring since I have a bad time putting them on. Also very nice to talk to. Joey at reception was very detailed and helped me with all the prices and documents I needed. Very patient with all the questions I had and request I made. Overall everyone was great to talk to and gave me the time and day. Treated me very well.

Overall pretty good and they offer services in Chinese. However, they took tooo many photos of your teeth while there is a full mouth scan. Uncomfortable and unnecessary. They want to generate extra charge.
