Dr. Chen trained in Dentistry at the University of Toronto. After graduating in 1997, she completed one year of general residency in Toronto’s Sunnybrook Hospital. She then practiced in various private dental settings in Toronto in the early part of her career. Subsequently, she moved to Vancouver in 2002 & continue to practice in general dentistry. Dr. Chen’s experiences as a hospital resident & a private clinician have made her a well-rounded dentist who provides a wide range of services to a diverse patient base. As a mother of two, Dr. Chen is also able to help and motivate young patients to maintain long term oral health. Dr. Angel Chen is dedicated to continuing education and has taken many courses in a variety of subjects in dentistry, complicated dental reconstruction, cosmetic smile makeovers, implants, orthodontics and Invisalign orthodontics.
