Great first visit to Lighthouse Dental the initial check up and cleaning was professional and thorough.

Different dentist than appointment due to change in time at clinic's request. Provided plenty of explanation and was informative

The overall experience at the clinic is subpar. On my appointment on April 12, I had to wait 1 hour to receive my new patient consultation scan. After, I had to wait another 40 minutes for my dental cleaning. I spent a total of 2.5 hours at the clinic for a simple teeth cleaning procedure. Lighthouse dental is overbooked on a Saturday afternoon. During my treatment, I overheard a staff who asked my dental hygienist “is not she supposed to be off already.” As a result, I received a rushed procedure while my dental hygienist had to work overtime on a Saturday afternoon.
