Everyone was so caring and attentive. The doctor was very nice. He expected everything to me in details, and kept me calm during rhe procedure. 10/10 im overall for my first visting a dental clinic

The overall experience at the clinic is subpar. On my appointment on April 12, I had to wait 1 hour to receive my new patient consultation scan. After, I had to wait another 40 minutes for my dental cleaning. I spent a total of 2.5 hours at the clinic for a simple teeth cleaning procedure. Lighthouse dental is overbooked on a Saturday afternoon. During my treatment, I overheard a staff who asked my dental hygienist “is not she supposed to be off already.” As a result, I received a rushed procedure while my dental hygienist had to work overtime on a Saturday afternoon.

I really appreciated my dental appointment here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The dentist I saw was great. I needed a check up and cleaning and received a great one. The staff listened to and addressed any concerns I had, while providing their own recommendations on best next steps for my dental health. They had great availability and I was able to see the dentist with only a few days notice. If you need a dental check up I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

Dentist was very attentive and caring and clearly had a lot of experience. The procedure was painless and we had clear instruction of post operative care

I went for an initial checkup for severe wisdom tooth ache and gum swelling/infection. They got my wisdom tooth extracted the same day, cleaned other wisdom tooth as well. All in just one hour. I got it done in afternoon, and haven't had any pain until now (it's midnight).

I have major dental anxiety and was only going in for a crown, but upon doing a thorough check, they found a tooth needing root canal and one they could save from a root canal, grateful for the latter, I was very nervous about the procedure. I am happy to say this was the most painless procedure I’ve ever had on my teeth. My concerns were noted and special attention was given to make me comfortable. The entire team of staff was very understanding and supportive. I’ve found my forever dentist!
