I was surprised that the routine cleaning I usually have done in one session was split into two this time. While I understand there might be reasons for this, it made me wonder if it was also about billing an extra session.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I told them I was anxious about the appointment.

The bill after insurance was about 10 times higher than my last place. To be fair, my last dental cleaning and x rays was about 5 years ago and my coverage went from 90% to 70% but still ridiculous in my opinion. They also did a scan of the teeth which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Why can't the dentist just look at my teeth like other places? It was a huge waste of time and I feel like they don't respect the patients time with all the photos as well. The whole routine procedure took 2 hours where it normally takes about 1.

Dr. Reza was fast and professional, and the clinic overall was a very comfortable experience. As someone who struggles with dental anxiety it was comforting to be able to watch a show on their screen while the dental hygienist did their job. Appreciated that warm reception at the front. I am glad to have found this clinic :)
