The staff was fantastic, particularly the hygienist who provided comprehensive explanations and performed exceptionally well. Additionally, the counter attendant was very informative and friendly.

The appointment was on time. I liked how thoroughly they are examining patients and patiently explaining and answering questions.

I was truly touched by the wonderful experience I had! Dr. Alek and his entire team are incredibly caring and knowledgeable, and I feel grateful to have found a place that genuinely prioritizes the well-being of their patients. They took the time to guide me through every step of the process, always checking in to see if I was okay and if I had any questions. Their compassion really made a difference!

Great dental clinic with friendly professional staff.

This was my first visit and I have to say, I’m quite impressed! My hygienist was really nice and thoroughly explained all the details of the process. He was curious and also gave me space to ask lots of questions. The technology they use in Alberni Family Dental was also impressive, I’ve never done a 3D scan before but it was so cool to be able to see your entire teeth in 3D. I’m so happy with my visit and will continue to do my appointments here.

This dental office is fantastic! Raymond was amazing—he explained everything with patience and exceptional attention to detail. Elly at the front desk is prompt, organized, and welcoming. Both Dr. Alec and Dr. Karim are friendly and highly knowledgeable. Dr. Karim takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and ensures you feel comfortable when discussing different treatment options. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
