Dr. Alek provided an exceptional dental experience. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I have extremely sensitive teeth, but the procedure was completely pain-free. Excellent service, great care, and zero discomfort. Gretchel at the front desk was also very helpful and kind! Highly recommend!

It was very well done right from the beginning - timely appointment, the cleaning was very thorough and pain free, they did multiple scans to get a better look at my teeth and suggested a treatment plan accordingly It was really a great experience.

It was my first visit to this clinic, and I came in for a hygiene procedure. The staff took X-rays, clearly explained the condition of my teeth, and provided helpful recommendations. The cleaning was thorough, and the whole experience was very positive. The clinic is equipped with modern technology, and the medical staff were friendly, polite, and professional. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place.

Dr Alex was very clear in his explanations and suggestions regarding my problems and treatment. The staff was also very helpful organizing my next appointments and checking coverage with my insurance.

The overall experience was great but they borderline spammed me with appointment confirmations and reminders. 2 is more than enough- I don’t need a daily reminder

The staff was fantastic, particularly the hygienist who provided comprehensive explanations and performed exceptionally well. Additionally, the counter attendant was very informative and friendly.

This was my first visit and I have to say, I’m quite impressed! My hygienist was really nice and thoroughly explained all the details of the process. He was curious and also gave me space to ask lots of questions. The technology they use in Alberni Family Dental was also impressive, I’ve never done a 3D scan before but it was so cool to be able to see your entire teeth in 3D. I’m so happy with my visit and will continue to do my appointments here.
