Dentist and hygienist were great. The new lady at the office didn’t know what she was doing. I think she was new. Because of her I had to go through x ray multiple times. One of the times she hadn’t even turned on the machine. Rest of the appointment went smoothly.

They kept my credit card on file which was new for me. All my older dental appointments in Canada were directly billed to insurance Not sure it is a problem with the insurance provider or the Dental place. This is not a good experience for me. They do not have provide water to drink. Was surprising
