My first visit to Woodbine & Danforth Dental Care was excellent. The office is very clean and modern. They were punctual, and the hygienist was very gentle and took the time to explain what they were doing. They gave me a very thorough examination. They made the new patient paperwork and overall process completely stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new dentist!

Great Dental with Friendly staff

The cleaning was the most painful I have had and I have had a few different dentists. Between every tooth there was blood marks well after when I got home and looked in mirror. Throbbing pain for a few hours and still sensitive today.

They attend me on time. The receptionist is friendly, approachable.

I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding my most recent dental appointment. I want to acknowledge that the front office staff were very friendly and helpful, and the doctor was excellent; however, my experience with the cleaning/procedure itself was concerning. I was expecting the entire procedure to be overseen by the doctor, but my primary concern relates to the lack of supervision during the UV treatment. After the machine was placed in my mouth for the estimated 15-minute treatment, the staff member left and only returned a couple of minutes after the device beeped and stopped, forcing me to remove it myself. Being left alone while experiencing tooth pain and anxiety during the process was an unacceptable lapse in patient care. It raises the serious question of what priority could supersede the need to be present and attentive to a patient for a short, critical 15-minute period. I request a formal response and assurance that your policy will be updated to ensure a staff member is present with the patient for the entire duration of all critical procedures, prioritising patient safety and comfort.
