Wow, what a great first experience getting my teeth cleaned here! From the moment I spoke with the receptionist (Vidi) on the phone from booking, to the moment I walked in and sat in the chair for my cleaning treatment - everything was 11/10. Vidi is extremely kind, professional, patience and accommodating. Each staff member was so hospitable, genuine and kind! Stephanie my hygienist was AMAZING. I've always clenched and cringed a lot during every dental cleaning session, except today! Stephanie was SO gentle and did not make me clench at all. It was mind blowing! Her hands and technique are magic! Highly recommend. My husband and I will definitely be regulars here now. Thank you Stephanie & Vidi for such a great experience! I've never enjoyed visiting a dental clinic so much before :) See you again soon!

My experience at Willowdale Dental Group was okay overall. I really appreciated my hygienist - very thorough and kind, which helped make the appointment more comfortable. That said, I had a 4:00 PM appointment and didn’t see Dr. Maryam until around 4:45 PM, which was disappointing. For a first-time visit without insurance, I was also shocked at the total cost $696, which is quite a bit more than I’ve paid at previous clinics for similar care. While the staff was professional, the long wait time and high fees may make me think twice before coming back.
