Nice experience to this dentist clinic

I was treated well but more importantly my wife and two year old daughter were treated warmly. My wife doesn’t speak English so it was nice knowing one of the staff was Vietnamese to help out. My daughter can be quite the handful so even though it’s a very clean and professional environment, I was surprised with how accommodating they were to my daughter, going along with her mischievous behaviour and even giving her a little cat toy. I can’t speak on the treatment as all my insurance was able to cover was my x-rays. I was pleased with the ease of the x-rays and how thorough the imaging was. The dentist explained quickly and thoroughly everything, my teeth are very problematic and so it’s gonna need a lot of work. I feel like the price was reasonable and if my insurance covered it, I would’ve had it done.

Staffs were professional and nice. Facility was clean! I would come back for my next treatment :)

Great service from start to finish. The clinic itself was nicer than any I’ve ever been in, and everyone there was super helpful and professional.

Dr. Sanaz was very helpful and provided full explanations of everything so that I understood what was going on. They even let me play music over the speakers. Overall it was a very professional and comfortable experience that I would highly recommend!

New-looking and modern clinic. High-tech equipment used. Dentist is funny and friendly. It seemed like my hygienist was newer, so some things took longer (She made up for this by asking a more experienced one for help if needed). Am generally happy with the service.

Dr. Sanaz Valadi is a patient- oriented person. She really took her time and made sure that she address my dental needs. I must say, she is a well-versed dentist!

She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a cavity and she filled it right then and there. The cleaning did hurt but I think my teeth are a bit sensitive.

Fantastic all around experience

Had my first appointment with Dr. Valadi. Everything was great. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Valadi is very knowledgeable and caring. The office is nice and clean, also ttc accessible.

Dr. Sanaz Valadi was very considerate, professional, and efficient with helping me get all my dental issues fixed. Great overall experience with staff and practice - I felt welcomed and in great hands. Also, I was pleased with how efficient staff was in communicationg with my insurance provider to make sure I get the maximum benefit possible. Will be back soon!

I enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Sanaz, she appeared very transparent about every matter including pricing, and highly professional. The clinic also has good equipment and the personnel are very friendly and eager to help, Anna sent me my Xrays and dental pictures in a matter of minutes. Hygienist Lovely also was extremely tactful and helpful. Overall great impression of the clinic.

This was my first visit to a Dentist in Canada, and I was so impressed. Starting from the help desk, staff was so friendly, supportive and very helpful. Wonderful, pleasant and very clean environment. Technical Staff, Nurses were so nice to me. They created the environment so comfortable. My Doctor, Dr. Sanaz was a great and well experienced Doctor. She explained every bit and it was so helpful. She did a great job. I really appreciated everything they have done during my visit. Highly recommending the clinic.
