Dr Basseri was friendly and knowledgable. I also had a great experience with Bailey (one of her staff) who did the cleaning and provided me with a lot of helpful insights on how to keep my teeth healthy. The lady at the reception was also very warm and welcoming. I was well assisted with my insurance coverage.

I decided to switch dentists as I wanted something closer to my house. This dentist was so amazing and accommodating with my dental anxiety. They offered laughing gas which eased the nerves. The hygienist was friendly and talkative. I had such a great experience that I don’t feel nervous going back. I would recommend this office to anyone!

She’s a good doctor but the service is so pricey.

Dr Basseri and her team are great. I had an appointment the next day after booking through open care. Everything went smoothly with the cleaning and regular checkup.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Smile Plus Dental Services and overall, I would say that their services are good. The staff was friendly and attentive, and Doctor was professional and knowledgeable. However, I feel there is room for improvement in their services. While the dental work was thorough and effective, I felt the waiting time was a bit long. It would be great if they could streamline their process to reduce wait times and make appointments more efficient. Additionally, I hope that they could offer more parking options for patients. While some street parking is available, it can be difficult to find a spot nearby during busy times. If they could provide a dedicated parking lot for patients, that would be a huge convenience. Overall, I would still recommend Smile Plus Dental Services as a good option for anyone in need of dental care. With a few tweaks to their service, I believe they could become even better and provide an even better patient experience.

Great clinic. Really friendly staff, very punctual and great at giving cost beforehand so I was prepared. Really receptive to questions about cost and care going forward.

I have not gone to the dentist since before the pandemic and I was a little nervous in doing so. Dr Basseri has a beautifully run office not far from Chester station it is very easy to get to and very welcoming when you set foot inside. The experience was very positive there was obviously some work to be done but the dental hygienist Helen was very professional and kind.

I really enjoyed my experience at Smiles Plus Dental Centre, everyone was very friendly, attentive and professional.
