Very wonderful I have another appointment on Monday

I had an overall excellent first experience because of the friendly front desk staff and excellent service, care, and education provided by Hellen, my Hygienist. However, the dentist literally uttered the words “I don’t have time to explain” when I asked a question about a filling she suggested (I have never had a cavity before). This was after I waited quite some time to see her while she finished a surgery in the next room. My time is important too. As is my understanding and informed consent.

Had a basic checkup today. I was explained in detail about my oral health and what safety measures to take. A structured plan was made according to my preference if it's possible. Staff was professional and friendly in all steps. Overall a good experience.

Dr Basseri was friendly and knowledgable. I also had a great experience with Bailey (one of her staff) who did the cleaning and provided me with a lot of helpful insights on how to keep my teeth healthy. The lady at the reception was also very warm and welcoming. I was well assisted with my insurance coverage.
