Dr. Feng is a gentle and caring general dentist. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr. Feng welcomes all patients, and has extensive experience in treating seniors, young children and very nervous patients.

Judy was also good as well, as she explained me what my benefits are covered and how they are covered and talked to the insurance provider as well. Two things I didnt like was, it would have been good if I was told in the beginning for the prices and how they worked. I had to go cleaning twice, and both time I was charged higher than usual(but I couldn't care as i was covered). She did my cleaning for me for an hour, all the while, explaining what she was doing, and recommendations she had about how to address my sensitivity issues. Then, Dr. Feng came in and did the exam, explaining the state of my oral health, concerns she had, and preventative measures she suggested I take. But Dr Feng and her staff took that fear out of my visit by being very gentle. They took time and didn't rush my appointment and stopped often to make sure I was okay. Now after more than 5 years of not visiting the dentist I'm happy to say I'm comfortable visiting the dentist. We moved my appointment up a few hours and Judy was great at sending me a reminder a week ahead of my appointment as well as the day before. Dr. Feng was very pleasant, she met with me first, examined my teeth, and advised on proper care and preventative methods. Next, I went to see the dental hygienist whom advised me there may be some pain/pressure and soreness during and after the cleaning and asked if I was nervous, and to tell her if I ever felt uncomfortable during the cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Jing Feng and her team to anyone in the North York area!
