The experience was overall great. Great staff, state of the art equipment and clean facility.

Today I went to the dentist for the first time in many years, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was welcoming and kind, which immediately helped calm my nerves. The hygienist was gentle, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Naqvi was incredibly compassionate and made sure I was okay every step of the way. I was very emotional during the visit, but the entire team truly went above and beyond to support me and make me feel at ease. If you’ve been putting off going to the dentist because of fear or anxiety, I highly recommend Dr. Naqvi and her team. Their kindness and care made all the difference, and I’m so grateful for the experience.

I've been for an initial and follow up filling. All the staff there is friendly and thorough, helpful with claims, etc. Cleaning was comfortable and pain free as was the filling. The filling was replacing one from a previous dentist and they did a much better job. I recommend them for anyone looking for a great, efficient dentist.

Need to visit 2 times for the same treatment

While the hygienist was extremely friendly, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the fees. I provided my insurance information well in advance, and I expected to be informed of any out-of-pocket costs. Even when I reconfirmed the appointment and checked in, no one mentioned there would be a balance due. I was genuinely shocked and disappointed when I was asked to pay at the end—it felt unexpected and poorly communicated. Additionally, I found Dr. Naqvi’s examination approach to be quite rough. There seemed to be little care or gentleness; the way she handled my mouth—pressing on my lips, gums, and skin—felt clinical and impersonal, almost as if I were just a specimen rather than a patient.
