I went to Orion Dental pretty nervous as it had been some time since I did a check-up, due to letting life get in the way; they helped me feel comfortable, with a friendly judgment-free, approach and will be assisting me moving forward with my treatment plan which I'm truly grateful for. While the hygienist was extremely friendly, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the fees. I provided my insurance information well in advance, and I expected to be informed of any out-of-pocket costs. Even when I reconfirmed the appointment and checked in, no one mentioned there would be a balance due. I was genuinely shocked and disappointed when I was asked to pay at the end—it felt unexpected and poorly communicated. Additionally, I found Dr. Naqvi’s examination approach to be quite rough. There seemed to be little care or gentleness; the way she handled my mouth—pressing on my lips, gums, and skin—felt clinical and impersonal, almost as if I were just a specimen rather than a patient.

As someone who has not been to the dentist in a long time and has multiple issues which I am very conscious about. The staff were very friendly, understanding and judgemental free of my situation. Everyone was very thorough friendly and gave in depth explanations of what was occurring and what will need to happen in future in great clear detail. They were also very attentive always making sure nothing was too painful and offering me lots of break time if needed. An all around great experience

Clinic was very welcoming and accomodating. Appointment was efficient and timely. Staff respectful and courteous of patient's time and comfort.

Overall experience was good, the hygienist was amazing the room was really clean, I just wish they were more transparent about the cost of the service with “new patients”especially if they’ve checked off no insurance and will be paying out of pocket.

The hygienist and dentist were great. The treatment was thorough. However, the receptionist who is the first point of contact for all patients seemed very unwelcoming and unfriendly. You would expect a receptionist to greet you with a smile and welcome you, but I felt unwelcome, no hi or hello which kind of put me off right from the start.
