I had a great first experience here! I appreciated everyone's care and consideration, and felt safe, comfortable and supported throughout my entire visit. Jasmine did a wonderful job with my cleaning, and Dr. Nancy walked me through a treatment plan that feels good. Even the reception was so sweet, giving me a few extra moments to drink the coffee from the Nespresso machine they have in the waiting room, and also helped me work with my insurance plan to budget my upcoming appointments. 10/10 recommend!

In reality, there was nothing wrong with my appointment or care. In saying that, it was my first visit and they had a hygienist who was on a 'working interview' assigned to me. She did a great job, no issues there, but from an optics perspective it felt weird as a new client.
