Michelle Mei Mei Liu

This is the referral from my bf's family.However, it was for dr kuong at the first place, but he's too busy, so I took the recommendation from the receptionist. Overall, the staff are friendly. However,after the first filling of three cavities, two of them are extremely sensitive, and i couldn't chew.So, I told her to re-do one of them which was the worst one on my second visit. However, it didn't help much, at the same time, i feel sensitive on one of the other three cavities she filled up the sec appointment. so, i have at least one of the teeth are way too sensitive to chew on both side of my teeth now. so, i went to visit another dentist, he was surprised Michelle ground my teeth that deep and sooo close to the root,which caused the sensitivity. I dont know how to express my disappointment rite now. very upset.

I used to be scared of dentist until I met her. She really knows how to put me at ease and explain things in terms that I can easily understand. I thougt I had a few cavities in my teeth becuase I saw brown spots. It turns out they are only superficial stains from my daily dose of coffee. Thanks to Dr. Liu I am now enjoying brighter smile.

i have a miscarriage situation bleeding but didnt do anything any care she sent me for an ultrasound and blood test and without care of knowing the result and this is between life and deat . she just dont have a care . process work like nothing. she is useless!!!!

This dentist scares me. I never had many cavaties until she became my dentist. All of a sudden, I always had at least 1 or 2 cavities at each visit and I had to go more than twice a year. I even ended up needing a root canal and I'm only 25 (I was 23 at the time). After years of this, I switched to a wonderful dentist. It turns out that I grind my teeth at night and because my old dentist didn't tell me, every time I had a filling, I would just grind away at it. Dr. Liu put me through hell. So much pain, money, suffering for something that could have so easily been prevented. She's also a needle pusher. And, it's 2007 but she does not have electronic filing, which makes it difficult since I always had to cough up the whole amount.
