I had a wonderful experience at Lakeshore Smiles Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire visit. The level of care, professionalism, and patience truly stood out. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines great service with genuine kindness, and Lakeshore Smiles does exactly that.

Reception staff was pretty ignorant of the surroundings . It felt like a park where people came to hange or chit chat

First time here, it was a great experience.

Maybe not the best equipped for appointments with small children. There was nothing to help engage my child and want to be at the dentist, no glasses for the light in smaller size. Had more than one communication issue with the front desk team.

Lakeshore Smiles Dentistry is amazing! The team is super friendly and welcoming, making you feel at ease right away. They’re really good at explaining everything and take the time to answer questions. The office is clean and modern, and they use the latest equipment. Whether it’s for a check-up or more complicated work, they’ve got you covered. Highly recommend!

Overall very good experience. Enough to continue routine service with them. Great hygienist with good hands and treated me almost pain free. Knowledgeable dentist though I felt her check up was rather quick and not very detailed in explanation. My other biggest feedback is the lack of thoroughness when rebooking appointments. I had to ask all the questions, didn’t feel guided by the front desk and they also pressured me into booking other appointments after I said no. Like mentioned above though I had a very good overall experience and will be back for follow up routines as prescribed.

The entire team was friendly, open and very accepting of any needs to support the person coming into their space. Very welcoming and very thoughtful towards all possible questions and concerns.
