Had a great time at the clinic this evening. The staff is very caring and made me feel comfortable thought the appointment. The clinic was well maintained and proper covid 19 protocols were in place. Throughout the procedure, I was told why something was done and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Cyrus and his staff to others looking for dental services.

I had my first appointment this morning and am happy to have found my new dentist! Dr. Sherghin and his staff are all very friendly and professional and the office is bright/clean, which made my first visit a comfortable one. It is also kid-friendly - had lots of books my three year old loved and she got to see the dental chair to get her excited for her own visit. I've already booked my followup appointment and one for my daughter as well - highly recommend this clinic!

Great customer service

Dr Chang and his staff were lovely, everyone answered my questions and were very friendly. I visited around Halloween and loved all the spooky decorations. ☺️ Looking forward to my next appt in March.

I saw Dr. Chang, he was very thorough and addressed all my concerns.

I was scared at the beginning, but after I can say that the receptionist was so kind and explained everything (step by step) always with a smile and kindness. The assistant and her work were amazing, so professional and the examination from doctor Cyrus was wonderful, his knowledge and well detailed explanation were unique. I am very happy with the service and the installations in this clinic, I will definitely recommend it 100%.

Really friendly, great explanations on what was up with my teeth, didn't force conversation while picking away at my teeth and overall solid attention. The TVs with Netflix doesn't hurt either. Solid A+.

Dr. Chang and his team gave me the most thorough check up ever. They have some awesome new equipment. The staff are happy and helpful. Shar the hygienist had my teeth cleaned painlessly and quickly. Dr. Chang is great! I have now found my new dentist. Thanks to the Opencare service for making it so easy to set up.

This clinic has the best customer service I have ever experienced in Canada. So polite, soft spoken and accommodating. Dr. Chang is amazing at what he does. Pleasant to speak to, listens to you carefully with full attention. Every staff member is very humble and very professional.
