The questions they asked created a more holistic appointment and brought up issues I nearly forgot to mention when I booked the appointment in the first place. There is visitor parking, which is a bonus. It's an accessible location if you have mobility issues. The location is convenient for bus or car travel. The office has late appointment nights.
