I had a great first visit to this dental office. The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to checkout. My initial exam was very thorough — the dentist explained findings and treatment options clearly, using simple, easy-to-understand language rather than technical jargon. That made it easy to know what to expect and feel comfortable with next steps. Free parking on-site was a convenient bonus. Overall — professional, communicative, and patient-focused. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ilana is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and considerate, truly an excellent practitioner. As a healthcare practitioner myself, I hold very high standards for client care and evidence-based practice, and she exceeds them every time. Her explanations are thorough, clear, and reassuring, and I always feel safe and genuinely cared for when I’m in her office. The entire team—technicians, clinical staff, and administrative staff—are consistently welcoming, compassionate, and professional. The environment feels safe, calm, and supportive from the moment you walk in. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone seeking exceptional dental care, or to those looking for a fresh, positive experience compared to what they may have had in the past. I was amazed that the staff was very amazing and explained everything very well. I didn't feel rushed at all and they explained some dental issues that I have and the priority that I should be fixing them.

Julie, dr cott, Loraine (hygienist) were very kind and did a great job. I got my cleaning and exams done within an hour and they gave me so much feedback. More importantly the insurance info and booking follow ups are so seamless with the front desk, they are very helpful.
