Dentist Tzvi Rubinger is a general dentist and NOT a specialist and never has been a specialist.Special dental procedures are best done by dentist who is a specialist.

I would never waist my time or money at this company because Dr Rubinger is very conniving and money hungry person. His team is ok. 1 reception is great Tanya however they try to pressure you into booking an apt to use up all ur benefits in one shot regardless if you require a dentist. Regardless if your teeth is in good health. I was told that if I don't come back to fix a teeth that requires a CROWN that he will not bother doing all that work. I mean REALLY? Its my teeth you're being paid so if I choose to mess up my teeth each year and require a dentist then its the Dentist's responsibility to provide assistance regardless if its a BIG job. You collect my money I'm no charity case.. So this is why I would not recommend this un professional Dentist.

Dr. Rubinger is a great dentist, and the laser machine is definitely with the hype

After visiting Dr. Rubinger for the first time last week I felt it necessary to post something. It was an extremely positive experience and much better than my old dentist. The laser dentistry was used to remove some of my gums to improve the appearance of my smile. there was no pain and now it looks great!

Dr. Rubinger has been nothing but professional in the past three years that I have been seeing him. He has helped me troublesome crowns that my previous dentist poorly moulded. His kind staff and clean new office make the experience all the more enjoyable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a new dentist or help with problems by far inferior dentists

I visited Rubinger for a few years and had some cavities dealt with using the laser dentistry. I moved out of town and had to visit other dentists for pain that I was experiencing. Like some of the others on this list, upon visiting other dentists I have had two of the fillings replaced as a cavity had continued to grow under the filling. One I could understand (barely) but the second just makes it clear that Rubinger is not clearing out the cavities properly, or not filling things in correctly.

Staff (5/5): I've had nothing but great experiences interacting with the staff at the Freeman Orthodontics Office. Punctuality (5/5): Dr. Rubinger is always on time. Helpfulness (5/5): I used to be ashamed of my smile now its a part of my confidence :D . Knowledge (5/5): Dr. Rubinger gets a perfect knowledge score, and deservingly so - see 'Helpfulness' rationale.

I have been going to Dr Rubinger for 20 years. I am very impressed with his use of laser dentistry and the speed in which the healing occurs. His staff is amazing and kind. Great work by all

I visited this dentist in June/2012 because he uses lazer dentistry and I wanted to try this out. I had a few cavities he could have chosen. The tooth he chose to work on had already been filled two weeks prior by my family dentist who uses standard procedures. This was my first visit to this dentist. He didn't take new xrays but relied on some photocopies of my teeth given to me by family dentist's staff taken in about May/2012. When my insurance company told me they wouldn't pay me for Dr Rubinger's work (whom I had already paid) because the same tooth was worked on two weeks ago by my family dentist I called Dr Rubinger's office and told them. Dr Rubinger's secretary demeaningly said "are you accusing Dr Rubinger of making a mistake" to which I replied "I'm not a dentist, but my insurnace company is saying he worked on exactly the same tooth and exactly the same spot as my family dentist did two weeks ago." Then the secretary rudely said "don't ever come back here again."

This doctor has poor bedside manners and scolds you instead of being nice to you. He also charges too much money and advised me to have crowns on three of my teeth - because he says that the fillings were too big. I went to other doctors and they said the crowns were not necessary. Be cautious and get a second or third opinion.

Myself and my family have been going to Dr. Rubinger for around 15 years. Up until last year I got fed up with having to go back after every cavity filling because the teeth were bonded together and I was unable to floss. I have made the move to another dentist and have never looked back. Currently I am in the process of refilling 3 cavities (which were filled 3 months prior) for the reason that they were not properly filled or have chipped. DO NOT let the "advantaged laser dentistry" fool you, this just makes him that much more lazy. Find a better dentist who cares and who takes their time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dr. Rubinger has been my dentist for 5 years. I was recommended to see him by wife, who has been treated by him for over 15 years. He is a great dentist, uses up to date technology and really cares for the management of his patients teeth. I would recommend him to anyone. The hygenists are also great and doa thorough job in cleaning, and I can't forget his admin staff, who are always at the top of their game! great job to all.

Dr Rubinger has been my dentist for about 20 years, I think he and his staff are great. My only complaint is I felt a lot of pain during my first and only cavity drilling.

I would not recommend him to anyone. I am 25 years old, and only had one cavity my entire life that Rubinger fixed. Recently I went to another dentist (who is wonderful) and he found that the cavity was not properly cleaned out, therefore he had to redo the cavity. Apparently I was told the previous dentist who did the cavity fill (Rbinger)did things cheaply, and thats why I was not aware of using the drill inside my mouth. Rubinger chose to do it the quick and cheap way instead of the correct way. When i went for my routine cleaning, my usual hygenist was who I have to say is overall nice and gentle, was swapped for a different one. The new hygenist who did my cleaning really really (and i can't stress that enough) hurt me, to the point that we couldn't continue. Again i'd like to point out i take very good care of my teeth (only one cavity my entire life, in 25 years).

Dr. Rubinger has been my dentist for about 6 years now and he's great. He answers all my questions and doesn't use 'Doctor' lingo to answer me. He explains himself thuroughly. His hygienists are great and do a wonderful job. His administrative staff are a fabulous team and I couldn't imagine the office running as well as it does if it weren't for them.

Dr. Rubinger has been my dentist for over 20 years (since I was 7 years old). I have literally grown up with him. He is a wonderful dentist and his staff is outstanding. Everyone who works in his office truly makes you feel like a member of their family. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rubinger. I moved out of Toronto just over 3 years ago, and I still use him. It is definitely worth the commute.
